Landscape Photography Workshop - $350.00 - 8 hours - This workshop takes place at Ricketts Glen State Park just outside of Benton, PA. We will begin at the beach parking lot by the lake and we will work our way through the entire trail loop. During this workshop, you will learn how to work with the natural light given to bring out the best in your landscape photography. We will focus mainly on the waterfalls, specifically long exposure shots. However, during our trip along the trail, we will also stop to photograph wildlife, plants, and on occasion people. This workshop will begin 30 minutes prior to sunrise so you will also get a chance to do pictures on the lake while the sun is coming up.

Night Sky Photography - $300.00 - 4 hours - Photography during the day is tough. Night photography in a city full of lights is even trickier for getting that right exposure. What happens when you leave the comforts and light of civilization and still want to get some great images using the light of the stars? Star photography is tricky and left to figure it out on your own it could be a frustrating endeavor for sure. This workshop is designed to teach you what you need to know to get started with photography at night. How do you make the stars streak? How do you capture them so they're not moving at all? How do I make my foreground visible as well? We'll cover everything from star trails to light painting in this photographic adventure in the dark. Results may vary based on time of year, weather and atmospheric conditions however you WILL leave this workshop with a solid understanding of the proper techniques for capturing the night sky.

All workshops will require an entry-level DSLR camera at the minimum. A sturdy tripod is required for the Landscape and Nighy Sky Workshops.
